I am happy to announce my collaboration with Sony Alpha universe in the Middle East. For our first collaboration I have prepared a Stop motion series in Arabic of four videos explaining the whole stop motion process with a demo to an animation as well.

These are all products I would find in the Friday market (scrap market) here in Cairo. Some work, in perfect conditions, some don’t but have parts that still function.
I might have changed careers and now I am a stop motion animator, but product design will always be my biggest fascination. The idea of designing something that ends up in trash saddens me the most, and the solution is not to stop creating, humans will never stop making things. But rather
I made a guessing game where I asked people to guess how many parts are inside each product that I announced earlier, they got to see me make a completely wrong guess as well haha, then take it apart piece by piece, show

Glue life is my new stop motion mini series reflecting my own life from glue characters perspective. This episode pretty much sums up my 2019 so far haha, but there are still few months to go, let’s hope my glue gun can put things all together soon.

I thought I'd try something new this time, I have lots of plastic and metal bits and pieces, all things that were about to be thrown away that I saved. I love automaton and thought I'd try making one! thought I'd choose something simple... so of course I go and make a creature with articulating wings!
